These "Realtor's Who Shrine agents" will be donating 25% of their commissions on qualified transactions back to Shriners Hospital. Realtors Who Shrine is Kathi's legacy project and she aspires to take the project out on a national basis. Goal This Year

What we hope to raise and donate to Shriners Hospitals this year.

A Realtor® Who Shrines agent is first and foremost, a caring and considerate person. At the same time, they are highly qualified and experienced professionals who excel at their profession. With a Realtor Who Shrines, you get the best of both worlds. A friendly and reliable professional and someone who gives back to their community.
  • Step oneREQUEST A LIST

REALTORS® Who Shrine will send you a list of one or more highly qualified agents that are expert in your market area.

Interview the agents as you would any other Real Estate Agent. You can also choose to ask your current REALTOR® to work with RWS by simply providing us their information and we will set them up in the program.

Select an agent that suits your needs and that you have the most faith in and enter into a normal real estate agreement. No need to negotiate any sort of special arrangement.

Once you're on board with an RWS Agent, we monitor, track and audit your progress.

Once your real estate transaction closes, your agent and RWS are contractually bound to direct 25% of the commission proceeds straight to Shriners Hospitals for Children - Northern California.

The funds are transferred directly from the closing instructions with the Escrow company, so no one touches the money earmarked for Shriners Hospital.
